i have a decently high tolerance but just 2 rips of the pen got me absolutely zooted, currently faded than while writing this feeling toasty, you wont regret getting it i promise.

I got my pen in and it is great quality, it even takes same charger as my phone (USB-C). I know this isn’t a super common issue but when I got mine I couldn’t hit it or even get the light to come on when I plugged it in so I was nervous. I reached out to customer support over email and got amazing, fast service. I left my pen charging and carefully hit it so it would start. Honestly I think the issue wasn’t the company at all but the fact it is so cold outside and the pen was in my mailbox.
